Terms & Policies

Thank you for considering to donate to Astral MMORPG. Our game will be forever free-to-play. However, your donations are essential in order to cover the costs of our server upkeep, game promotions, and to the overall improvement of our game.

Donations are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Your donations are non-compulsory and therefore cannot be refunded nor cancelled. The rewards that you get in exchange is our token of appreciation and it not considered as a purchase or service.
Before making a donation, you must agree and provide your correct and accurate information. We reserve all the rights to reject or refuse any donation that we deem to be invalid or illegitimate.
Your donations are strictly confidential, along with the information that you have given us. We will not disclose any details without your permission.
Any rewards or belongings that you obtained in exchange of your donation is your sole responsibility. The staff team will not be held liable for any loss due to any circumstances.
Donors do not get any special treatment or exemptions to our rules and terms of service.

When you donate, you are agreeing to all the terms and policies indicated on this page.
Using Streamer/Staff Codes:

When you include a Streamer/Staff code in your donation form, the corresponding person will receive a commission of either 5% cash or 10% of the points that you get.
i.e. You donate 20 USD and you used a streamer code. You will get 20 Donation and 20 Astral Points, while the streamer will either get 1 USD or 2 Donation Points and 2 Astral Points
Streamer/Staff will only be recognized if they are included in the Donation Form that you sent to us.
If you are a Streamer, you can only use Staff codes, vice-versa.

Donation Milestones:

Every P10,000 / $200 that you donate to our server, you will get bonus items on top of our promos!

1st Time Donation Bonus:

Gain 20% more points on your first donation to the server!
For example: Get 12 Donation & Astral points when you donate $10 or P500
This promotion stacks with other promos! So it's best to make your 1st donation counts!

Monthly Donation Promo:

Gain 30% more points for all donations made during the period (Ex: Get 13 Donation & Astral Points when you donate $10 or P500)
Every P5,000 / $100 donation, get 10 Skill Runes Box
Every P10,000 / $200 donation, get Costume Enchantment set of choice (Basic + Advanced)
Every P15,000 / $300 donation, get Costume Awakening set of choice (4 Different Stats)

Paypal Donation Guide

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can checkout as guest and simply use any major credit cards to donate to our server using PayPal.
When you click the 'Donate' button, it will take you to the PayPal donation page. After you successfully donate, take a screenshot of the transaction and please send an e-mail to playastralmmo@gmail.com along with the following details:
